I've always wanted a beard and love to see a well groomed white or grey full set, especially on a bald headed man with a big hairy chest.

I'm an amateur astronomer, and having a beard is a great help when out late at night in winter. I shaved mine off in 2002 owing to work, and hated it. As winter came, so did the facial hair!
