1. a ten-toed, round-cheeked member of the sloth family. Possessed of a usually-contented and unruffled disposition, it is slightly more active than it's fewer-toed brothers and prone to fits of inexplicably odd behavior.

2. a singular mammal, bearded and easily distinguished by its endearing wit, disturbing sensibilities, winter padding, rare intelligence, and unequaled modesty.

I already keep a sporadically updated journal on my personal website but I thought it was time to check out this whole online community thing. I mean, I guess MySpace and FaceBook are a bit more than passing fads by now.

Forums, more blogs, virtual friends? Hell, I'm just hear for the beards. I alternate between a full beard and an extended goatee/mustache. Other than a play that needed me to be clean shaven (it was a very good part) and a traumatic trimming accident, I haven't been without it for 14 years. Right now I'm growing out some extra length for a little more winter insulation.
