I suppose it is stereotyping, but I often think of Frenchmen as bearded, sort of small pointy intellectual style. In only a month or so yours is looking great. Do you have a wonderful French accent to go with it? Grrrrr!

I definitely think you should grow a beard. I don't know how popular they are in Europe right now, but beards are becoming quite popular again back here in the States. Many a handsome man is enhancing his appearance now with a beard. Guys like me, who've had a beard for quite some time, are pleased to be fashionable again.
