Just about anything the Atlanta Symphony Chorus performs. and...lots of world music, Sufjan Stevens, Dave Matthews, Radiohead, M. Ward, Tom Waits, and, of course, Willie.

A Room with a View, Moonstruck, Y Tu Mama Tambien, Talk to Her, City of God,

photography, cooking, gardening, travel, occasional blogging, and lots of perambulating the neighborhood

retired from many years of parish ministry in November 2005 and still figuring out what to do now. Don't relish just going and doing more of the same, though that's a possibility. Right now I'm enjoying my digital photography, my computer, cooking, traveling. There are grandchildren to spend time with and many more places I want to travel while I can. A year ago I resolved to grow my hair for a year just to see what's still there. It's worked out well. When people ask me what I've been doing, I say, "Well, I'm growing all this hair." The beard's been a part of me for even longer now, and it waxes and wanes according to how much aggravation it causes. I'll enjoy knowing some more bearded fellows here. But what WAS the question about "gender"? ... resisting the urge to search "bearded lady"... for now at least

Aren't you the nice man who invited me to check out this web site? Well, with another man's help I rediscovred it after all the mess about my aunt's final illness was over. Thanks. I invite you to be my friend; however, I do that. I'm still learning the ropes here.
