Working, watching movies, listening to music, pogonotrophy, working with my church's Youth Group, watching a select group of TV shows including "Grey's Anatomy", "October Road", "Family Guy" and "Heroes".

I journeyed into Mountain Man territory for six months from September 2006 through March 2007 and did so with no regrets. It was quite an undertaking I must say and I commend all you fellas going for the "Yeard" or "Terminal Beards". Hopefully I can muster up the courage to shoot for either of those goals one day.

Since Whiskerino ended, I planned on letting the beard go for an additional four months, giving me an eight-month old beard on July 1st. This would have been a new personal record. However due to a request from work, I trimmed slightly.

While on my journey to a long beard, shortly after reaching the 8 month mark, I trimmed again due to work. This time, I trimmed it way back on July 5th, losing all the bushiness and girth obtained during the last 8 months. While things improved greatly at work, it's weird actually seeing my jaw again.
