Retired now and loving it. I was a librarian for 35 years, and yes, I do miss certain aspects of the job. Working on getting/keeping my Type A behavior under control.

Deeply enjoy a good cup of coffee. Equally enjoy losing myself in the world of a good book.

I've had a beard ever since high school (back in the day when it was reddish brown!). In my day, we weren't allowed facial hair in school, so I stopped shaving the day school was out, and started again when school started. Once I graduated from high school, that was the end of full face shaving. I do still shave my neck to avoid irritation with shirt collars, but I do less of that now that I am retired!
